Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a lifelong learner and someone who embraces life’s uncertainties with curiosity and courage. My journey is about moving beyond strict answers and finding beauty in questions and growth. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and have spent years helping others with their healing and self-discovery, which has also taught me the importance of honoring my own path.

I’m a mother of four adult children and a grandmother to three wonderful little ones, whose voices and honesty continue to shape me. Relationships—filled with joy, tension, and chances for repair—are central to my reflections. I believe in the healing power of stories and hope that by sharing mine, you’ll feel inspired to explore your own with curiosity and compassion. Thank you for being here with me.
